Q. What is the registration process?
A. A small packet of information is required to complete. An assessment has to be completed that will act as a guide as to where we start the GED academic preparation process.

Q. How many tests are required to obtain a GED?
A. 
There are 4 tests that a passing score of 145 is required in order to obtain a GED.

  1. Mathematical Reasoning (115 Minutes) Short break between parts
  2. Reasoning through Language Arts (150 Minutes) 10 minute break between parts 2 and 3 with 45 minutes for the written essay.
  3. Social Studies (70 Minutes) No breaks
  4. Science (90 Minutes) No breaks
Q. How much does it cost?
A.
$36 per test and $10 for each retake  (Note:  If you attend classes or partake in our distance learning program, you can receive a voucher that will cover the cost of the tests)

Q. How long does it take to obtain a GED?
A.
It all depends on the individual.

Q. How do I prepare for the GED tests?
A.
  We have an instructor that will help each individual Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM. 

We also have a distance learning program where you can work on an approved online program from home or it can be provided in a workbook wherein completed work can be documented.
